Ali Freeman, LPC
she/her/hers
Hi everyone! My name is Alexandra (Ali) Freeman, LPC. I graduated in 2022 from Wichita State University with a degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Sports Counseling. I work with athletes ages 14 and up who are navigating the mental side of sports—things like stress, anxiety, confidence, or finding balance outside of the game. I also support retired athletes who are adjusting to life after sports and figuring out who they are beyond their athletic identity. Being an athlete comes with a lot of pressure—on the field, in the gym, and even in everyday life. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to “be tough” all the time. Here, you can be real, work through what’s weighing on you, and build tools to feel stronger both mentally and emotionally. Sports are a huge part of who you are, but they aren’t all of who you are—and I’m here to support you in both.
Beyond sports, I also work with teenagers and adults facing life’s tougher moments—whether that’s depression, anxiety, trauma, or stress that feels overwhelming (because let’s be honest—life throws curveballs whether you play sports or not). At the end of the day, my goal is to help you feel grounded, understood, and reminded that you don’t have to carry everything on your own.
